Training and Workshops for Individuals

Learning NLP is like learning to drive. Once you master the principles and successfully get your driver’s licence, you can drive wherever you want.

Sometimes we encounter different driving conditions; the roads can be clear or busy, in winter they may be slippery, icy, windy or even bumpy. Yet once we know how to drive, we are able to do so in most conditions.

We offer Short Workshops and Certificated Trainings. On these trainings we aim to facilitate you to be in the driving seat of your own life so that you can learn how to be in charge of the different internal weather conditions so that you can achieve what you set out to.

Workshop: Evolving & Exploring Identity

Sometimes we can think of identity as being related to that which runs like a thread across contexts and is expressed in everything we do. Of course over time, our identity evolves. Developmental life transitions such as the shift from being a child to an adolescent, the move into adulthood, the forming of new relationships or the falling away of old relationships; moving out of one home, creating another home, the arrival or not of children, birth and death cycles, trauma etc all represent different developmental unfoldings. Sometimes these and other events can shake us and and our sense of who we are and where we fit in the world.

During this workshop, we will draw on many different historical threads and psychological influences; bringing together the work of and worlds of anthropology & Gregory Bateson, Self Relations & Generative Sponsorship developed by Stephen Gilligan & founder of NLPU & developer, author & trainer, Robert Dilts to explore the different facets of identity. This training will be an experiential voyage where we dive in to the depths of the light and dark of who we really are so we can express ourselves in the world more fully.

Maybe you have friends who have studied NLP and you have seen what they have gained. Or perhaps you are simply curious and your curiosity is leading you to want to discover and find out more.

Certificated Training: INLPTA Master Practitioner Programme

The Path to Mastery

By now you will probably have gained considerable experience and insight into what is possible with Neuro Linguistic Programming. You may have made significant changes in your life and already be thinking about new possibilities and be wanting to explore even more exciting material and make these learnings and discoveries your own.

Personal Alignment

Self-Mastery, Deepening Mastery of NLP and applying NLP within areas of your choice in a practical and beneficial way are three of the core themes that run through this exquisitely designed programme. This is the ultimate training for developing a deep personal alignment and enhancing personal and professional excellence.

Realising your Excellence

Consider mastery as the discipline of continually clarifying and deepening your personal vision, of focusing your intention and energies on living and realising your own excellence, authenticity and truth.

Facilitate Change

During your Practitioner training you have learned many NLP processes and know that this has been as much Art as it has been process. Choosing our Journey to Mastery demonstrates your commitment to deepen, develop and integrate your NLP skills to the highest level of competency. Mastery is more than simply behavioural competency using NLP patterns and processes. It means integrating and balancing the Science with the Art. Combining your ability of knowing when, where and how to 'unpack' the structure of experience with your individual personal style, artistry and creativity. When you do this elegantly and effortlessly you can make deep and very powerful multi-level interventions in any area of personal or professional concern.

Systemic Change

This training focuses on the higher levels of identity, beliefs and values. It enables you to understand patterns and interconnections in a truly systemic way, and to work from these higher logical levels to create a wide range of new possibilities for you personally and professionally. Taking a 'systems' approach within your NLP applications makes innovative and generative change possible for you and others. It is the ultimate training for travelling beyond your current boundaries, to a deeper place of presence, awareness in the moment, an absolutely new level of personal and professional excellence, competency, communication and mastery in all areas of your life.

Entry Requirements

The only entry requirement for you to attend this training is that you are a current holder of an NLP Practitioner Certificate. If you are in any doubt concerning your eligibility for this training, please contact us
