Meet Helen Drake

Helen is an internationally accredited Trainer of NLP with INLPTA.

She is passionate about enabling people to move forward from where they are now to where they want to be. She believes that anything is possible for the people she works with, even if they don’t recognise it for themselves … yet. Through studying the work of masterful contributors to the field of NLP such as Fritz Pearls, Virginia Satir and Milton Erickson and embracing many of the principles inherent in their work, Helen has been able to create substantial positive changes in her own life. She is passionate about personal and professional development and sees it as an integral part of moving towards greater self-mastery.

With an ‘inclusive’ style, Helen connects easily with people and elegantly facilitates people to recognise their own excellence. As a trainer she works effortlessly with individuals drawing others out, Helen is good at engaging with people, pacing, leading and influencing others for positive change. She regularly trains people in various aspects of advanced communication skills and leadership. In addition to training people she has considerable experience of results focused executive and business coaching. She has successfully designed and implemented numerous training and development programmes at all organisational levels throughout Europe. Over the years she has contributed to various professional journals and and is frequently asked to speak to different groups of multi-disciplinary professionals on Communicating for Results.

Meet Jo Sayers

Jo is a former Project Manager and Consultant within the IT industry. She is a certified NLP Trainer and Coach and regularly trains throughout Ireland and the UK. Known for her clarity, warmth and gentleness, Jo utilises these skills in all that she does and believes that it is important to deliver the practical applications of NLP in her trainings. With a ‘hands on’ style, Jo brings to the training her strong practical business coaching and consultancy experience. She achieves significant and powerful results with her clients and has built a strong reputation of results focussed training and development.
